The School

ELE USAL NEPAL opened its centre in 2024 and is located in Kathmandu, Nepal’s most populous city and its capital. Kathmandu is an important cultural, religious and tourist center, with many temples, shrines and other places of religious worship, most of them dating from the 17th century. Pashupatinat Temple is one of the holiest pilgrimage sites in Hinduism.

Our school is in a nice and quiet residential area of the city, with the adequate facilities for the teaching of classes where our students will receive multiple materials and services that will make the learning experience even more pleasant.

ELE USAL METHODOLOGY

Our program aims to disseminate appropriate knowledge to trainees in accordance with the chosen course using all the teaching materials available at the center.
The methodology applied in class will be based on the communicative approach, attending to different communication contexts through practical cases, tasks, simulations, oral presentations, etc., to promote the development of communication strategies in accordance with the CEFR, seeking participation and the involvement of students so that learning is active, that is, oriented to use and, therefore, to processes. To achieve this active learning, the techniques and resources inherent to the teaching of foreign languages ​​will be applied (acquisition of lexicon appropriate to the level through different exercises, oral and written activities), enhancing the student’s responsibility and autonomy in the construction of their own learning, so strategic competence will be developed.
